Video: Chef Gayan's Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Don't even ask me how I came across this video. No, I don't following this cooking show.

Once you get over the the introduction, chef Gayan from Sri Lanka - who currently works in Abu Dhabi - puts together a neat Hawaiian Chicken Salad.

Gayan uses olive oil which is considered more healthy than mayonnaise. ;)
